About the Image

I consider the image timeless. I took it at a Wisconsin Menominee powwow in 1995. A variation made a cover of Wisconsin Trails magazine.

Here are some of my Magazine Covers.

I used Fuji Velvia film and a polarizer to get a slow shutter speed. Unlike today’s instant digital gratification, I did not know what I had until I processed it.

I have a high-grade scanner and have enough pixels to create a 45×30 image on aluminum for the art show.
